Methods of Supervision

Based on my extensive experience as supervisor the procedural method will be defined in our first conversation according to your wishes and requirements.


I offer the following forms of teamwork:

Singular- or Repeated Counselling Interview:
Depending on the situation and personal goals. My primary objective is to help people to help themselves and by finding individual solutions, creating conditions for an increasingly independent acting.

Coaching:

The focus is on an intensive and regular support. Here target-planning within defined periods of time plays an important role.

Consulting:

Conflict situations that arise in teamwork through, e.g., communication problems. My consultation and work usually takes place on site at the company.
